On a rare sunny and warm day in Vancouver, I'm happy to post that I've launched my new business - Managing Mindspaces (www.ManagingMindspaces.com). I provide executive coaching services (1:1 and group or team) and help professionals align their mental energy into top performance.
Getting Ready for Santa
|Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of our friends and family! Here's all the major happenings! Enjoy.|

My how time flies since I wrote the last post. Well, I have taken my own advice to heart and actually listened to my heart. I'm now living in Vancouver starting a new chapter with Mark and Milo. We arrived yesterday, and it is just perfect to be here.
One thing I've learned in the 6 months since I've returned to work - I'm not yet transitioned back into the routine now that I'm a mom. I'm actually (gulp) struggling with it.
Milo and I are very excited to be joining Mark for a work trip to San Jose. We are leaving in less than two weeks! We're going to do a big loop from San Jose to Portland to Seattle to visit all our friends and family. So many still have yet to meet little Milo.
Jessica's personal mission is to unlock your true capacity and design a life of "no regrets" through effective coaching conversations. In 2012, she started her company, Managing Mindspaces which provides executive coaching and tools for managers, leaders and top performers. Our neighborhood Booster Juice at Elgin and Waverly see Milo and I several times a week for lunch. I would often give him a little taste of Citris Swirl which he loves.
Across the last few visits, Mark and I noticed that he likes it so much that he motions for more when we give him some. So, we took some great snapshots of him today with his BooJu.
2009 will always be remembered in my family as the year we gained a son, grandson, great-grandson and nephew named Milo Samuel Manca. It will also be remembered for the loss of my sole remaining grandparent - Milo's namesake, Samuel Ortiz.
I won't go into all the specifics other than to say my grandfather lived a very full life. The last few years and the condition of his health by no means diminish the love, life and laughter he brought to this world.
